Parent Tot – This water orientation class is available for ages 6 months to 36 months.  The goal of this class is to provide a positive first experience to the water.  The class emphasis is on water adaptation with an introduction to bubble blowing, floating, kicking, using the arms and entering/exiting the water.  Parents are in the water so as to learn to teach these skills to their child.  All infants/toddlers must wear either rubber swim pants or a swim diaper that fits snugly around the legs.

Pre-School – This class is designed for children between the ages of 3-5 years.  Children should be comfortable enough to work with an instructor in a group of 4-5 other children independent of their parents.  Children will learn to propel themselves independently through the water, basic stroke skills, and important safety skills.  Children must be three years of age by the first day of class.

School age to Adult levels – These progressive classes are for anyone between the ages of 5 – 105 years.  Throughout the levels participants will learn/develop a good freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, treading, entering/exiting the water, endurance along with other lifetime strokes and important safety skills.  We want to give confidence in the water so as to have a love of water and know how get along in the water.  We offer adult classes for those with fear of the water – guaranteed to be comfortable after one month.
