Cheerleading at the Y is designed to give children the opportunity to express "Y" spirit by cheering on the various leagues at the "Y"! Kids will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading from arm motions, to vocals, jumps, and stunts. Cheerleaders will experience the feeling of being part of a team and using their positivity to cheer on fellow friends and kids of the Y. Cheerleading at the Y is about having fun and encouraging "Y" spirit!

The YMCA’s gymnastics programs can help your child’s

development by learning controlled body movements

and motor skills, as well as furthering their self-

confidence and social skills.
