Building Strong Kids, Strong Families, Strong Communities


Co-Ed YOUTH SPORTS (ages 3-9 years) – Children will learn/develop basic skills & rules, teamwork, and confidence. Leagues offered are basketball, soccer, flag football, and baseball.
COACHES NEEDED! – Volunteers are needed to coach all of our youth sports. The YMCA provides coaches training assistance. If you are interested in helping us build strong kids, strong families, strong communities, please contact the YMCA.

Martial Arts
Martial Arts is an excellent way to keep fit and promotes strength, coordination, agility and discipline.
Shotokan Karate
The Y offers one of the most challenging styles of karate in the county. Boys and girls, moms and dads can participate in a program designed to develop skills, self-defense, discipline, humility, confidence, and promote good health.

Youth 6:30-7:30pm
Adults: 7:30-8:30pm
Classes are held at both of our facilities. Shotokan is taught at the Fayetteville YMCA and Bujutsu at the Hope Mills YMCA.
YMCA Angelic Arts School of Dance
A non-competitive faith based dance program. We provide classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Creative Movement and much more! Annual Spring Production in May. Instruction is a minimum of twice weekly. For more information please contact the YMCA.
Monthly Fee: $40.00 and up





Cheerleading at the Y is designed to give children the opportunity to express "Y" spirit by cheering on the various leagues at the "Y"! Kids will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading from arm motions, to vocals, jumps, and stunts. Cheerleaders will experience the feeling of being part of a team and using their positivity to cheer on fellow friends and kids of the Y. Cheerleading at the Y is about having fun and encouraging "Y" spirit!

and motor skills, as well as furthering their self-
